Noir Engine is a game engine designed for the Windows Universal app paradigm. It will start out as a simple 2d engine, but will add more features as time goes on.
It comprises of a low level library written in C++/CX and a mid-level library written in C#. It is intended to allow for app writing to be done in C#/XAML.
